Overview
Pulser is a desktop toolkit for streamers. We aim to collect only the information needed to provide account access, subscriptions and the services you choose to connect.
Account information
When account features are enabled, Pulser may process information such as your email address, account identifier and subscription status through the authentication and billing providers used by the service.
Connected services
If you connect Twitch, OBS or an AI provider, Pulser processes the information needed to perform the feature you requested. Credentials should be stored securely and are not intended to be exposed publicly or written to application logs in plaintext.
AI Chat Bot
AI Chat Bot can send relevant chat context and instructions to the AI provider you choose. If you use your own API key, that provider processes requests under its own terms and privacy policy.
Pulser Images and local data
Pulser Images is designed around local screenshot capture and storage. Local settings, logs and temporary application data may also be stored on your device to keep Pulser working between sessions.
Payments
Payment card details should be handled by the selected payment provider rather than stored directly by Pulser. Pulser may receive billing identifiers and subscription status needed to provide Pulser Pro access.
Retention and control
Local data can be removed through Pulser where those controls are available or by uninstalling/removing the relevant application data. Account and billing records may be retained where necessary for security, billing, legal or operational reasons.
Security
We use reasonable technical measures to protect Pulser account and integration data. No online or local system can be guaranteed completely secure.
