Using Pulser
These terms apply to your use of the Pulser website, desktop application and any Pulser Pro subscription made available through them. By using Pulser, you agree to use the service lawfully and in accordance with the rules of any third-party platforms you connect.
Pulser Pro
Pulser Pro is offered as a recurring monthly software subscription unless a different billing period is shown at checkout. The current price, renewal terms and any taxes are displayed before purchase.
Cancellation
You can cancel a recurring Pulser Pro subscription through the billing or account controls made available to you. Cancellation stops future renewals; access ordinarily continues until the end of the paid billing period unless applicable law or the checkout terms provide otherwise.
AI provider usage
AI Chat Bot may require your own supported AI provider account and API key. AI provider usage charges are separate from Pulser Pro and are governed by your agreement with that provider.
Third-party services
Some features depend on services such as Twitch, OBS or supported AI providers. Those services can change, become unavailable or impose their own requirements. Pulser does not control third-party availability or policies.
Acceptable use
You must not use Pulser to compromise accounts or systems, distribute malware, evade platform enforcement, infringe the rights of others or engage in unlawful activity.
Software and intellectual property
Pulser, its branding, interface and software remain the property of their respective rights holder(s). A Pulser subscription gives you permission to use the software while your access is valid; it does not transfer ownership of Pulser source code, branding or other intellectual property.
Service availability
We may update Pulser, change features or perform maintenance to improve security, reliability or functionality. We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
